After an initial consultation during which we talk through different interior ideas, we produce outline plans showing the floor area re-planned. Often we need to incorporate landscaping into the project to take advantage of the new views created.

This gives the structure from which we can fill in the details as shown on the adjacent plan.

Most clients are surprised by how much detail is required in order that contractors can accurately quote. Ultimately the aim will be to get menu driven quotations for the project. In this way there will be the minimum number of surprises. While ensuring that decorative features, window treatments, furniture and landscaping are provided for.
